For a 3-star hotel, this was beyond my expectations. The building is new, quiet and clean. The reception staff are very polite and helpful and the beds were superb! I especially appreciated the house keeping staff. It's not easy to clean a room with the guest in it but they pulled it off with ease :)

I've always been impressed by the service level and quality at Be Inn. I have to remind myself it is a 3-star hotel because in terms of service and friendliness of staff, they get 5 stars from me!

This place impressed me from the first time I stayed in it and has not disappointed me any other time I stayed either. The staff are very warm and attentive. Going back there always feels like coming home. They always remember my name and what kinds of food I like no matter how I long it had been!

-The staff were very very helpful , friendly and highly responsive . -Although we have arrived oman way early for a check in, they checked us in very early and were very understanding. -Everytime we need assistance with taxi or so they would go extra mile to help us. -rooms are very very big , clean and had alot of amenities. -There is starbucks coffee available at the venue ! which was perfect for us

This is not my first review or my first stay in this hotel. It is simply a gem. I noticed they improved their process this time and sent me a lovely note after I checked out, which was a much-appreciated gesture.

Be inn is a new hotel in Muscat, close to the University. The room was clean and very large, with a confortable bath. The hotel welcome and staff have been super nice. I recommned it

In general, we had a comfortable one night stay. In a nice location not far from the city and main areas. Quite and suitable for a rest before a long journey. Quick check-in and check-Out. The staff were friendly. The Room is about 40msq, which is really good space for a standard room.
